Born and raised in Greece, my favorite cook is my mom! From her, I learned how to make lentil soup when I was 4 years old, traditional Easter cookies when I was 5, and almost every Greek food by the age of 16.
I love Greek food, not only because the Mediterranean diet is one of the best in the world, but also because of the variety it offers. Greek cuisine has everything, from meat to fish to vegetarian dishes, and if somebody asks me “what is your favorite food?” the answer will not be an easy one! But by using only the finest ingredients, I know that the result is always tasty!
For me, cooking is like yoga, it helps me relax after a busy day. Since I’ve relocated in HK, almost 3 years ago, I often organize gatherings for my non-Greek friends, and I’m always happy to introduce them to some 100% original Greek flavors!
