The reason why I become a chef is to share my passion for cooking and the unique culture of Hong Kong fishermen with our guest. Hosting Ruby and her friends today was a very rewarding experience, they are punctual and very friendly, Lupa normally is a little shy but he become very talkative, and he share a lot of his fishing experience with them. After lunch we took a short walk in our village and take time to explore a bit of our daily life in this remote island. Sorry that Gweilo couldn't join us this time, but he is flattered that you guys likes the artwork he displayed around the village.
I strongly recommend Ruby and her friends to all the chef : )
