I was born in Vietnam, but I grew up in Lyon, famous for it’s french cuisine. After completing my studies in France, UK and Italy,
I came back to work in Asia, in the high-tech industry.
My professional career provided me with the opportunity to travel
the world and discover so many cultures and cuisines. Having a truly multi-cultural background, I know how to appreciate the best of both Western and Asian cultures.
Cooking has always been my real interest, as it allows me
to share unforgettable memories with family and friends. My style is influenced by “Lyonnaise & Provençal” cuisines, as well as my mother’s Vietnamese cooking.
Authentic Vietnamese dishes incorporate a lot of fresh herbs.
To ensure that the plants are natural and organic, I grow them himself.
