Of Franco-British origin, I spent my childhood in South East Asia and the first part of my adulthood in Europe. Twenty years working in the food and wine industry have taught me to appreciate good, homely food and easy, delicious wines. I now live in Hong Kong, close to the Aberdeen harbour, where I like to entertain friends around food and wine ... and meet new people.
Alexandra and her friends arrived on time to our dinner. We had the opportunity to chat about the Plate Culture events since the point of view of a host as she also has a Plate Culture kitchen.
