George used to be in the packaging industry before he met friends and mentors, food writers Chan Keilum and Diora Fong. Always on the search for good food, George dived wholeheartedly into the food world, cooking up masterpieces from old recipes and the advice of the chefs in his life. He runs his private kitchen with the help of his wife and occasionally his daughter.
