All this tasty food comes without using any seasoning enhancer like 'Ajinomoto' and such.

A teacher who likes cooking in his spare, I started to cook for my family since I was 10 years-old. No joke really, a full meal with rice and two to three dishes at a go, whipped up in less than an hour. Some of the recipes were taught by my mother and some I found it out myself. Once, I ate out with my family and was charged RM98 for a fish about 25cm long, a dish of tofu and a plate of vegetables which prompted us to show the world that good food can comes cheap.
