The French Riviera is full of savory delights; being a food enthusiast I want to share my discoveries with you.

Born in Northern China, grown up in Southern California, currently enjoying my semi-retired life in the French Riviera, I am lucky to have experienced many culinary cultures.

The Mediterranean climate produces some of the healthiest and tastiest ingredients in the world; such as the seafood, vegetables, herbs, olive oils, etc.. My menus are made from ingredients that are in season from local markets. Cooking to entertain is my passion. It pleases me whenever friends / families ask for the recipe of the dishes that I made. Cooking / preparing a good meal requires planning ahead and plenty of time.

My work gives me the opportunity to travel around the world frequently. Whilst on the road, looking for regional specialty foods and keeping healthy diets are constant routines and challenge, but often are rewarding experiences. Social dining networks are positive phenomena. Dining with local families gives travelers a quick easy way to immerse with local gastronomy and cultures and to have more wholesome dining options; in the meantime, local hosts are benefiting from connecting with people of the world.

Whether you are visiting the south of France to do business or to have leisure, my husband and I welcome you to our cozy home to dine with us; Over glasses of regional wine and courses of homemade dishes, we are happy to share our knowledge of this amazing region, to listen to your stories, to discuss literature / poetry / favorites movies, or just to watch the magical Mediterranean sea changing its color outside our windows.

    I co-founded an engineering technology consultancy company with my husband. Running the business alongside with my husband daily, in general, limited time is left for leisure. Whenever I can relax, I read, go to movies / theatres with my husband, take a stroll along the sunny rocky coast of Mediterranean sea, and dine with friends. I also try to practice yoga as regularly as possible, which helps me to stay better focused.
