I do not know how and where to start to describe Erdal Chef's cooking. Well the starters ... They are simply delicious and you could feel every single ingredients taste separately with an amazing harmony with the feeling of umami where you can reach this level in top star Mediterranean or Turkish restaurants by paying 100s of dollars and beyond that his main dishes and pizzas are also great and he is a master on desserts as well
Beyond all the food experience it is a previlage to chat with him as he is a total traveler and a sophisticated man .... This is an amazing experience and we are also planning to visit him in Hong Kong very soon once our baby is ready to meet his cookings !!!
We have met with Erdal Chef's food while he was in Dhaka and it was totally amazing . Not only the food also the way he serves as well as his friendship and it is hard to describe as he really works hard to improve his recipes and make us amazed whenever we had our dinner with his food.
As a " Meze Lover " ( Mediterranean&Lebanese& Turkish Appetizers ), I would say he is one of the best in all over the world and his cold dishes are extremely tasty and you can eat similar only in Michelin Starred Restaurants and once I remember eating his pizzas and the dough and all the cheese and every single detail was perfect. I could say more and more but this experience is for tasting not for writing and hard to describe with words.
To sum up, I could recommend Erdal Chef's not only for the food which has been made by his love and passion also the way he serves and the way he communicates and deals with every single detail to the table as well as the customers. You may feel like you are having a dinner at your house... A must have experience for food lovers and gourmets...
I feel lucky to have had the chance to eat Erdal's amazing dishes! He really cooks with love and this can be tasted in his food. All the dishes I had brought me back to Turkey and made me want more, very hard to get enough! Look forward to tasting more of Erdal's mouth watering food very soon!!
Erdal is a master of Traditional Turkish food as well as Mediterranean cuisine.He is so curious on making delicious trials which make you impossible to stop!
Not only his skills as a cook ,his personality is also 5 star(you would call Michelin 3 star in cultural level) that makes you spend added-value time for your life experience.At last ,he is a great father and photographer.Lots of things to learn from him :)
