It was a very nice and special arrangement on this evening as we were seated at the Chef's table and had the chance to try new and additional dishes over very pleasant and interesting conversation.

Thank you again to Chef George and team for their hospitality and immaculate planning. We got to tour the kitchen and helped out if wished. We adore the drunken abalone with arugula and pomegranate salad; the winners go to the lion's head in clear broth; and, for puddings, it has got to be the cashew kernel cream dessert soup. All testimonies to the philosophy of George's Private Kitchen, authentic Cantonese and Chinese cooking; food with soul and heart. Highly recommend.
