Born in Hong Kong and grew up in Canada, I favour Western over Chinese food. Though my mom cooks amazing Chinese dishes, I think of food as a staple and had zero interest in replicating it.
My cooking adventure begins when I met
my husband, my interest exploded, started to perfect every ingredients that lands on my hand. Our life become a food adventure of experimenting new recipes at our free times.
A 90 days diet program changed my perspective of eating well and healthy, eversince I was determined to create and share healthy yet tasty recipe with everyone we know.
we arranged a birthday dinner for my wife. Greenie's food was spectacular both in presentation and taste! all the dishes were unique and the ravioli was incredible (as was the homemade ice cream with enough alcohol to fuel a college frat party!)
It was a lunch for 2 on a sunny Saturday at Greenie and Wayne's lovely apartment. The food was simple, tasty and very fresh, ciabatta and pasta were made in the morning on the day, and we got to sample Greenie's homemade gelato and a cool selection of beer and cider which is perfect for a summer afternoon. We really enjoyed the whole experience and the story of the host's passion on food. We are planning for our next visit already!
It was more exciting to be a guest than being host, and our excitement turned out full satisfaction with greeni's and her husband's great hospitality and amazing food.
