D'Dining Table is an authentic expression of Nyonya-Western fusion, founded by Chef Kim.

"The greatest joy comes from appreciation of good food! Cooking is my passion and for more than 20 years it has given me fulfillment when I watch my family, friends and customers delight in the meals I prepare. My peranakan heritage coupled with a deep curiosity in international cuisines & creativit has led me to experiment and create new and exciting dishes -Crackling Pork Belly marinated in fresh herbs & spices, roast chicken with Nyonya spices, Fried tamarind prawns, Portuguese Pork Ribs curry devil, Fish fillet in Banana leaf, otak otak. Western 5 course dinner of freshly prepared soup of the day, choice of seared tuna, seared morocco salmon, braised lamb & beef stew, pastas & desserts.

I love to meet people who share a common passion for food and experience the cross culture of cuisine.

    I experiment with different recipes and learn about nutrition. I love hosting & catering for dinners, tea parties and cooking classes. But above all, I love to promote the culture and heritage of Nyonya cuisine bringing in a new fusion and creativity of the this traditional cuisine.
