My food is cooked, baked, broiled, roasted, fried and seared with only high quality ingredients, from fresh herbs to the best meats and prepared in a hygienic environment.

What better way to start off the night with a decadent helping of a platter of mixed soft and hard cheeses before the meal
Appetizer: Surprise appetizer that is sure to open your palate for the rest of the meal
Main course: Tender Australian sirloin with caramelized onions
Side: Mixed greens and fruit salad and garlic potatoes
Dessert: A surprise of a decadent dessert that will be sure to be a great last WOW factor for your tastebuds.
Drinks - BYOB (or wine).
Corkage Fee: None! My suggestion is to bring the red wine of your choice because I will be serving red meat, but I will leave that up to you!

    I am Vietnamese-American and my boyfriend is Moroccan/Icelandic Danish. Because of our mixed backgrounds and heritage, we have been lucky enough to try and cook foods from all over the world, plus I have lived in the US, Argentina, Vietnam, and now Malaysia. I graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management and food is my passion! I've managed a steakhouse, a seafood and sushi restaurant and lounge, plus I do most of my own cooking at home. Whether it's Vietnamese food I've learned from my mother, or a good steak - I'm a perfectionist when it comes to quality food!

    I like to eat healthy during the week and on weekends is when I splurge and enjoy the more delectable dishes that aren't so healthy.
