I am Vietnamese-American and my boyfriend is Moroccan/Icelandic Danish. Because of our mixed backgrounds and heritage, we have been lucky enough to try and cook foods from all over the world, plus I have lived in the US, Argentina, Vietnam, and now Malaysia. I graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management and food is my passion! I've managed a steakhouse, a seafood and sushi restaurant and lounge, plus I do most of my own cooking at home. Whether it's Vietnamese food I've learned from my mother, or a good steak - I'm a perfectionist when it comes to quality food!
I like to eat healthy during the week and on weekends is when I splurge and enjoy the more delectable dishes that aren't so healthy.
