The concept of our kitchen is based on the fact that we love food, eating out, gathering with friends, and yet still wanted to maintain good health and without having the guilt repenting with hours of gym afterwards.
The story all began when we were training ourselves and learning from professional nutritionist on eating healthily. However, we don’t want to give up on enjoying a tasty meal. With that in mind, we found the choice of food is very limited and they often taste like rubber, so we started cooking for ourselves, friends and families.
Based on our family background and travel experiences from around the world, we have developed dishes that are healthy, nutritional and yet tasty, and we would love to share them with you all.
Dishes range from Chinese, Asians and international cuisines. We hope to share with you the dishes that local people will eat at home with friends and families.
Optional: if you like, you can allow time to come and prepare some of the dishes with us. Depending on the time of the year, we can make festive food like mooncakes and dumplings etc.
