Born and raised in the Philippines, and at a young age, moved around the world with expat parents. That gave me the opportunity and the chance to see different cultures and food.
Having worked in six different countries, studied in one of the top culinary universities in Europe, Die Landesberufsschule Bad Überkingen (Paul- Kerschensteiner-Schule) in Germany, that has also widen my understanding, my knowledge and developed my skills to almost perfecting my fusion of Western and Asian Cuisine.
I have been living in Hong Kong for two years now, and during my lighter days, I go mountain biking and hiking, which I do love most, aside from cooking.
I have this dream of opening up my own EAT (East Asian Taste) fusion restaurant, someday. I would love to share my own little concept of cooking food to people and let them experience what EAT is all about.
