About the kitchen

Born in HK, bought up in the UK. Had been cooking with my "British Guardian Parents" since a young age, learning the traditional British cuisine as well as exploring my own when I moved away for University.

I am a big foodie myself and love all sort of cuisines, there isn't a theme for the dinner menu as such, just like to use whatever is in season but do expect quality food made with fresh ingredients.

I have a passion in healthy clean eating, love being outdoors but at the same time enjoy inviting my friends over for dinners.

My diet has changed to a plant based diet.

Vegan Moussaka
Zucchini pasta with Arrabbiata sauce
Creamy cashew pasta with smoked tofu

  1. Bio

    I enjoy outdoor activities, loves swimming in the sea, diving, hiking, you will always find me in mountains in sport gear at the weekends, or trying out different cuisine in restaurants.
    My dream is to buy an old barn, convert it and have big open plan kitchen, an island unit and a lovely wooden dining table where I can cook and entertain my friends.
    Meanwhile, I will just have to do with a small flat in HK with a little space to entertain some guests!
