Born in HK, bought up in the UK. Had been cooking with my "British Guardian Parents" since a young age, learning the traditional British cuisine as well as exploring my own when I moved away for University.
I am a big foodie myself and love all sort of cuisines, there isn't a theme for the dinner menu as such, just like to use whatever is in season but do expect quality food made with fresh ingredients.
I have a passion in healthy clean eating, love being outdoors but at the same time enjoy inviting my friends over for dinners.

Prawn cakes cooked in coconut oil, on a bed of herb salad
Burrata with peaches and tomato salad
Beetroot Soup with bacon shards
Leek, thyme and mascarpone tart

Zucchini pasta with Arrabbiata sauce and garlic prawns
pan fried fish
Steak with salsa verde
Coconut panna cotta
Chocolate Beetroot cake
Mixed berries coconut ice-cream
