I was from Vancouver and Toronto and was previously in the textile industry. I have studied in The Hong Kong Culinary Academy and Le Cordon Bleu Tokyo. I have been a foodie all my life!
It has been an enjoyable night at Kenneth's place which is well-decorated and cozy. We enjoyed all the dishes. The crab risotto was the highlight and Kenneth managed to blend in Asian flavours so well. Worth every penny!
Kenneth took so much care in preparing our food. My family and I loved the hairy crab risotto and the red prawn bisque. The place was clean and homey and we enjoyed the experience. It was also very interesting chatting with Kenneth about his cooking.

Kenneth's place was clean and tastefully decorated, along with well selected background music, it was a great setting for an intimate meal. Each dish were a piece of art work and well presented. You can tell the food was created with alot of thought and dedication. The food itself was absolutely delicious and the portions were appropriate. It was a great experience for my friend and I and I would recommend Kenneth to anyone.
Such a unique and enjoyable night, Kenneth is a great host and a FABulous chef.

Food was exquisite decorated especially those starters just displayed as pieces of art, and I was especially surprised by the soup that definitely be the beautiful kick-off of 2017. I really enjoyed and I would recommend it to my friends, thanks Kenneth for the wonderful hospitality.
I like very much the homey & private feeling there! Food was nice & I felt the passionate of Kenneth when I was enjoying my dinner last night. Tea was being served even though not stated in the mean. Good experience indeed!
I've brought my family to try out Chef Kenneth's place this time and they have all enjoyed the meal very well. Quality of the menu was consistent compared to previous visits, still tasted very delicious. Portion was more than enough. Definitely a value for money meal!
Kenneth is an excellent and talented host whereby he has an interest to enhance his culinary skills with the cordon bleu school.

I have had some lovely meals in the territory, but was any worthy of revisit restaurant on a special occasion in HK recently? After the experience in French Fusion Kitchen by Kenneth, I'm sure it was one of our favorite restaurants to revisit again !
In order to celebrate our friend's birthday, we made a reservation at this restaurant on last Friday night. This French fusion cuisine was a great place, with a very modern yet comfortable dining area presented. The starkest element of the dining place was the x'Mas tree placed in front of the windows; it was a feast for the eyes. Food, undoubtedly was impeccable, cooked to perfection in every instance. The level of effort and expertise that our chef Kenneth had gone into every dish was appreciative ! With its outstanding food and wine, French Fusion Kitchen by Kenneth is a fabulous way to spend all night long.
Highly recommended all my friends to try this restaurant next time, I'm sure Kenneth would provide another memorable dinner to us.
The food and wine are really good especially the Chinese hairy crab risottos, I can still feel the crab after a few days! such a great fusion!
Chef Kenneth also serve us very well, giving us warm welcome drinks and cheering with us the whole night. Lots of laugh and fun.

Visited Kenneth's clean and cozy French Fusion Kitchen as a party of two. Kenneth is a great chef! Food quality and presentation were superb. I would recommend the Kitchen to friends and colleagues!
We visited Kenneth’s French fusion kitchen with some friends and it was a real “east meets west experience”. Two dishes stood out for me: the Chilean sea bass which had a crunchy crust and was extremely juicy inside– just perfectly cooked. The other dish was the soufflé with ginger sauce which I was looking forward to the most. A traditional French dessert with an Asian twist! The presentation was modern and clean. A real “east meets west experience”.
I can recommend French Fusion Kitchen by Kenneth to all foodies wanting to try French cuisine with an Asian twist.
