About the kitchen

My cooking journey is inspired by Le Cordon Bleu. My food has a professional and classic French foundation. My partner has over 10 years of experience working in fine dining restaurants including Joël Robuchon and Ritz Carlton. Together, we push our creativity and culinary skills to the limit by creating an unique and delicate menu using the finest ingredients imported from all over the world. Being in Hong Kong, we may occasionally be inspired to incorporate Asian flavours into our menu to compliment this exciting and vibrant city.

I look forward to meeting new friends and sharing experiences. Cheers!

    I was from Vancouver and Toronto and was previously in the textile industry. I have studied in The Hong Kong Culinary Academy and Le Cordon Bleu Tokyo. I have been a foodie all my life!

We visited Kenneth's French Fusion Kitchen with some friends and it was a real "east meets west experience". Two dishes stood out for me: the Chilean sea bass which had a crusty crust and extremely juicy inside - just perfectly cooked. The other dish was the soufflé with ginger sauce which I was looking forward to the most. A traditional French dessert with an Asian twist! The presentation was modern and clean. A real " east meets west experience"!

I can recommend this to all foodies wanting to try French cuisine with an Asian twist!

Love my first PlateCulture experience, thank you chef Kenneth. Tried the delicious and thoughtful 6-courses menu, which was filled with fresh and seasonal ingredients - not to mention the freeflow of wine. Being a food lover and home cook myself, I admire Kenneth's passion and commitment to bringing good food to the public. A cozy environment perfect for a closed friends gathering. Look forward to future menus and will definitely recommend to my friends.

First time with Plate Culture and at Chef Kenneth's place. All the courses were well composed with quality ingredients and delicious. Dishes were well presented like in a Michelin restaurant and Chef was more than friendly enough to give a little introduction for each course. I was blown away by Kenneth's dishes, they were all meticulous and very well put together. After every dish he would come out to explain how it was cooked and how he tweaked each dish according to fresh ingredients he could find that morning. It was truly a 3 star treatment at home! On a personal note, Kenneth was very personable and friendly, which added alot to the dining experience. Overall an amazing experience and i look forward to the next seasonal menu!

Menu was really well put together. Lots of different flavors and colors coming together in every course of this big meal. Presentation was very pleasant and enhanced the dining experience. Chef Kenneth devoted thought and soul to every plate!

Last but not least, great value and excellent ingredients for the price charged - there's even free flow house wine!

Would definitely recommend this to tasteful diners looking for a delicious meal with variety and good value!
