I am a qualified commis chef who have been trained for hotel culinary arts. For people who are looking for chef to provide a romantic dinner for two, or a cozy dining experience for family and friends, and even a catering for organisation, I am here to assist you for your great dining experience. I can prepare food at your designated venue or offer you the whole dining plan at a rented kitchen.
My specialty is in all kinds of european dishes as well as some traditional Asian cuisine. Looking for seafood, paella, risotto, beef stewed, foie gras, Lobster bisque...at bargain price with trained chef on board, I am here to serve you!

    I am the Assistant Catering and Franchise Manager of a French restaurant group, a graduate from Hong Kong Culinary Academy with a passion in Food & Beverage industry. I have the experience in working at both front line and back office for fine dining restaurant group as well as casual bar and brasserie.
    My dream of having my F&B business started with an oven. When I was small I had been begging her mum for an oven for just baking some cookies with my sister. Years after, I finally got my oven. While this oven didn't only let me bake my favourite cookies, it also led me to discover my dream to be a restaurateur.
