I am the Assistant Catering and Franchise Manager of a French restaurant group, a graduate from Hong Kong Culinary Academy with a passion in Food & Beverage industry. I have the experience in working at both front line and back office for fine dining restaurant group as well as casual bar and brasserie.
My dream of having my F&B business started with an oven. When I was small I had been begging her mum for an oven for just baking some cookies with my sister. Years after, I finally got my oven. While this oven didn't only let me bake my favourite cookies, it also led me to discover my dream to be a restaurateur.
