Cuisine Type: Learn to cook South Indian. During the cooking workshop we will be preparing 4-5 different dishes, such as appetizer, rice dish, meat dish, vegetables and soup.
For example Stringhoppers (Puttu mayam / Idiyappam ), Puri , Chicken Tandoori, Raita, Fried rice (Chinese, Malay and Indian style), Briyani, varieties of meat chicken / mutton ), rasam (spicy soup). A big part of Indian cooking is knowing how to mix and match spices. You will learn more about the spices and how to play around it with. .
You will feel like a local cooking among friends, like it should be. At the end of the cooking experience you will get a print out of the recipes that you cooked and of course indulge into delicious dishes prepared together. Once you have booked this workshop we can discuss exact dishes that you would like to learn to cook.
