    I spent 8 years in the restaurant kitchen and I decided to step outside of my comfort zone, get creative again and serve the food that excites me and customers!
    I have been cooking in L'atelier de Joel Robuchon, Liberty Private Works, Fish School in Hong Kong and in Australia I worked at MoVida and Rockpool on George.
