About the kitchen

Cuisine Type: French, Italian, American. My food is “West-based”. By “West-based” I mean Swiss, French, Italian, Spanish, Moroccan, German, Austrian and American-influenced or -inspired food tweaked for the Malaysian palate.

The evening at Jen's was an extraordinary experience. It was like a savory trip. Absolutely mouth watering mushroom tartlets, and for finale an impressive show with french crepes on fire. Beautiful evening with good company.
