My passion for cooking started when I resided in UK for 4.5 years. I picked up cooking from my British, Italian and Slovakian ex-housemates throughout my stay in the UK. Since then, I have been exploring a variety of cuisines to match my local Malaysian hometown flavour. I also picked up cooking Japanese cuisine from a Japanese family home in Tokyo.
I enjoy travelling and learning new cooking skills from different countries as I believe it is the best way to experience the local cultures and tastes. I do not focus on any specific cuisine as I believe providing healthy tasty food is the key importance. Malaysia is a multi-racial and cultural country and knowing a variety of cuisines is what makes me Malaysian.
