I'm an adventurous cook who plays around with everyday recipes from all around the world. In the day I run a home to office lunch catering service.

For dinner I would like to be a bit more daring with my food. A little bit of east meets west. I love spreading the joy with every bite of my food. Changing the world one spoonful at a time.

My motto: Simplicity cooked to perfection!

Starter: Zucchini Fritters with Basil-Mayo Dipping Sauce and Cucumber Relish

Main Course: Coconut Fish Parchment with Curry Pesto

Dessert: Creme Brûlée ala Kafe Noir

And of course, there will be liquid courage being served with the dishes!

    My passion of cooking came from my father. Watching him cook with such passion for the family every night and day was amazing. His food was my foundation to further better myself. I’ve been away from home for a total of 15 years and I have learned the many different cultures that affects culinary and this has taught me so much about food. Tasting all the good food from Michelin star Chefs as well over the years has definitely got me even more interested in cooking.

    Now I would like to share my passion with foodies around and meet new friends.
