It is a bit difficult to summarise Indian cuisine in a paragraph. Each little province of this peninsula boasts of a speciality, influenced as much by its historical lineage as the local produce. We, at KAMA, aim to tease your taste buds with dishes from all around India; a typical menu would comprise an aloo tikki starter (Potato and peas patty) served with mint sauce; barbeque chicken seekh kebab; a lentil curry, a coastal coconut-based fish curry, a mixed sukhto (mixed vegetables tempered with musturd seeds), choice of breads a rice pudding and masala chai.
Guests are welcome to try their hands at rolling out breads.
