About the kitchen

Not your michelin-star chef but not your ordinary instant noodle chef as well. My love for food generally leads to a theme of any type of cuisine but main types will have to be western/italian, occasional mexican & vegetarian and very rarely chinese/asian (am really working on it from my grandma lol). Expect light and clean eating recipes together with some carb loaded dishes (we all need to cheat once in a while!!).

Meal comes with a starter and a main course. Menu below are just a quick glimpse of what can be offered as I'm always experimenting new recipes from time to time. Plz feel free to drop me a message for any specific request or let me surprise you with menu of the day!

Starters: Salads, Stuffed Jalapenos/Peppers, Mushroom poppers, Bruschetta, Nachos with Dips & etc

Mains: Pasta, Lasagna, Brunch stuffs, Lamb Meatballs, Roast Chicken, Baked/grill Seafood, Tacos, Burritos, Fajitas & etc

If you wish to have dessert eg. cakes or pastries, please do let me know in advance :)

    Been living in KL for almost 8 yrs since college and now working in the big city. Biggest challenge in life is the constant battle between my love of food and not wanting to get fat. Can't remember when was the first time I did my first cooking but I knew it wasn't the last and have been passionately doing it every now and then as a hobby to keep family and friends well fed :). Out of kitchen, I hit the gym (to keep myself fit from all these eating!) and simple catch ups with closed ones during my freetime. Aim to skydive and my first bungee jump someday!!
