About the kitchen

-Vegan/Vegetarian fusion-
We only serve vegetarian food at my house as we are vegetarian. I usually cook a fusion of western vegetarian meals at home so it's not unusual to find French, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Spanish (all Vegetarian) Sometimes if could be a mix of cuisines like appetizer from Italy.
I will do a customize menu for you, 4-5 course meal with starters, soup, salads, main course, dessert.
We believe vegetarian food does make a lot of differences to a meal and this is how we express our food culture and bringing people together at the same time.

A local M'sia home cook, chasing after my food dream. I love food, so I spend most of my time learning about food! I like to eat, cook and learn about different food cultures when traveling.
My passion for cooking grew more intense with every passing meal, having new ingredients to try here, and new places to eat out.

I'm looking forward to your visit. ^_^

My husband and I had an incredible experience and meal at Sean's. His wife and mother just added to the atmosphere and ambience of the evening. Too, we were honored to be welcomed in a traditional Malaysian home – a top floor townhouse with a charming rooftop courtyard and chef's kitchen. The cultural experience was a bonus to the dinner.

Our Spanish themed, five-course meal, began with a rendition of patatas bravas and allioli served on whole grain bread. We also had a refreshing quinoa salad, perfectly pureed and yummy gazpacho soup – one of the best gazpacho soup's I've ever had; it's not my first one by the way – and tasty paella served in an authentic paella pan. Everything was seasoned, flavorful and VEGAN!

The dessert . . . what can I say, other than it was an impressive tarte tatin for one with the perfect flaky crust and caramelized top. My husband loved it. Too, homemade mango-orange juice was included with the meal. Our entire evening was faultless.

Whether you eat a plant-based diet or not, you won't go wrong eating with Sean and his wife. It's one of the best meals and deals on PlateCulture. The price is right (at the moment; he could charge more if he wanted for the quality of the food) and the food, amazing. We're looking forward to another meal with him once I get back to KL.
