Joanna Em-On Fu, the founder and head chef of Queen’s Kitchen, has developed a passion in cooking as a housewife. Married with three children, Mrs. Fu has been constantly exploring ways in how to cook healthily and efficiently. From cooking for her family to friends, Mrs. Fu never fails to please, entertain and enjoys effortlessly. Whilst her children were attending a non-profit international school in Singapore, Mrs. Fu had begun organising Thai food stalls and events for charitable purposes. With her children all grown up and succeed in life, Mrs. Fu is now on a mission to share her passion with each and every one of us.
