The multiethnic population of Malaysia reflected in a symphony of flavours, makes the cuisine highly complex and diverse.
I am meticulous about quality and presentation and I only used freshest ingredients.

    A proud Malaysian, calling HongKong home for over 20 years. Being a passionate foodie, I have used my extensive work travel experiences to broaden my culinary skills. Recently, I have graduated from a 10-month Full French culinary course.
    There is a lack of authentic Malaysian cuisine options in Hong Kong and I want to change that!
    I am excited to share this passion with you.

This is my return visit and Jazzy's cooking is even better than last time!! We love everything she made, in particularly the non-slimy okra with shrimp paste, the wagyu beef rendang, the seafood laksa and the pandan delights! Jazzy makes all the dishes from scratch which we all thought is such a talent. The dishes are not only delicious and authentic but have complex layers of tastes and are very fragrant and appetizing. Jazzy is as sweet and delightful as ever and we truly enjoyed our experience. Hope to return again soon!

We had a sensational night at Jazzy’s gorgeous house. Such care and attention to each dish. We were all reaching for more. The beef rendang was slow cooked for 4 hours and could not have been more delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting the best Malaysian food they’ll ever try!

A group of us had an absolutely fantastic dinner at RasaMalaysia yesterday. Jasmine is not only a wonderful host (with a beautiful home), but the food is just phenomenal. We loved every single dish, and practically licked every bowl clean:) In fact, if asked whether anything could be done differently, I think the only thing we'd suggest is: even larger portions! But that's just another way of saying how delicious the food was. Thank you for hosting us, Jasmine -- we will be back for sure.

Jazzy's place is slightly far for those who live near the Central area but it was WELL-WORTH THE TRAVEL! Jazzy is elegant, friendly and most importantly an excellent chef! We loved every dishes and could not stop raving about how decisions the dishes were throughout the dinner. They were authentic and ingredients were top notches. The food was definitely way above the quality offered by Malaysian restaurants around the city. Even the homemade sauces on the side were marvelous. Jazzy welcomed feedback on the dishes but no much we could say cause everything was perfect! Her complex was unlike Hong Kong in that it was so peaceful and calming and there are so much open space. Her apartment was tastefully decorated (by the talented chef herself) and it was such a pleasure to be a guest at Jazzy's. We will definitely be back and will not hesitate in recommending Jazzy to anyone! Thank you so much Jazzy!

Delectable authentic peranakan cuisine prepared with nothing but fresh ingredients that I didn’t know existed in Hong Kong i.e. fresh coconut milk and pandas leaves! What’s impressive is the belachan kang kong which was perfected into the good old skinny south East Asian version using Hong Kong thick stemed kang Kong. I would certainly recommend to those in Hong Kong who loves a taste of peranakan cuisine.
