Delectable authentic peranakan cuisine prepared with nothing but fresh ingredients that I didn’t know existed in Hong Kong i.e. fresh coconut milk and pandas leaves! What’s impressive is the belachan kang kong which was perfected into the good old skinny south East Asian version using Hong Kong thick stemed kang Kong. I would certainly recommend to those in Hong Kong who loves a taste of peranakan cuisine.
