About the kitchen

One of the very nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating

~Luciano Pavarotti
New addition to my menu..... For Vegans.. On advice from an ortho molecular scientist, I had to resort to Vegan food.. it was challenging, but am chuffed with trying newer dishes for Vegans. It may not be the same price bracket as my usual, as Vegan menus are laborious and ingredients are cost prohibitive.
Cuisine type: Malaysian. I do heart healthy dishes, be it local, (Chinese or Malaysian), Thai, Mediterranean and North Indian. There will be a salad and/ or soup, Meat / Fish and dessert.
My food pictures should whet your appetite. My north Indian cuisine will not be found on the streets of KL.. Its made with love in the detail and so is my Mediterranean.
My desserts are to be demolished, hence its known as demolition desserts.
It would be appreciated if a 3 days advance notice is given before the meal date.
I plan on doing cooking classes for North Indian dishes in February,,, I can accommodate 3 participants.. Menu and charges will be intimated later.

I enjoy entertaining and being entertained. I could do a Brunch, Afternoon Tea or Dinner. I have a pleasing disposition and believe that "what goes around comes around". 5 things I cant live without: tea, coffee, good friends, music, yoga & meditation.

Audrey and her husband has been a wonderful host and a fantastic cook! Really love her North Indian food, especially the delicious Kashmiri rice and butter chicken. I learned a lot about India and she is kind enough to explain the exotic ingredients that she used to cook the food.
I throughly enjoyed the experience and I am looking forward to enjoy her good food again with friends and family :)

The Tiramisu was light and the combination of strawberries was a delight as well as a perfect blend. Overall, a unique Tiramisu. Give it a try!
