Originally from Madrid in Spain, I moved to Shanghai in 2012 where I worked as Head Chef at El Willy Spanish restaurant and later opened its sister tapas bar Tomatito in 2014. Last year I moved to Hong Kong to be with my wife as we welcomed our first baby boy to the world. When I'm not cooking - I'm eating! I am passionate about Asian food and love travelling to different countries to try the local cuisines together with my family.
