About the kitchen

Our venue will be at a 60's theme designer house near Lorong Maarof Bangsar. Our philosophy for food is about the balance between flavour, freshness and visual arts. Chef Leslie has worked in American ribs shop for a few years before back to Malaysia. His signature dish is smoked ocean trout and St. Louis ribs with low & slow barbeque method by using the traditional pit smoker. This traditional method keeps the flavours and juiciness of meats. Come on over to enjoy our crossover between culinary arts and traditional pit barbeque.

    Besides cooking and baking. We love travelling and looking for authentic food to eat. As my stewardess days, I travel a lot of places and meet many people. I tried out many foods from different countries with different flavours. It's time to bring it out.
