Nicola is a great PlateCulture host. We got lost and were quite late, Nicola was quite patient and awesome show us directions to get to his place.

Food: Amazing food, very simple course including bruschetta with avocado, tomatos, and squirts of lime. I forgot the next course, but the main was a vegetarian pasta with parmasan cheese and lime. He was great at accommodating and mindful that we had a vegetarian in our group, so rather cook 3 meat dishes and 1 vegetarian, he made all vegetarian dishes. I appreciated that since it wouldn't single anyone out.

Environment and experience: Great apartment and very warm decoration in the HBD. He invited his neighbor to co-host us. His neighbor and him provided a duet performance on the piano. Not too loud and very comfortable ambiance.

Overall: great time. Would recommend Nicola to group who are looking for a good plate culture experience.

I loved PlateCulture and our chef Nico. It was a mixture of authentic, amazing company with delicious home made food. If you do this one, you get to be surprised by the flavors as well as the special sound's. Totally recommend it. The PlateCulture concept is fabulous, instead of thinking of where to go for dinner and who to tell, you can just see what's on and get to meet awesome new friends and eat amazing food.

The dinner was delicious. I loved the global aspect of Plate Culture -- I was surrounded by people from Lithuania, Slovakia, Singapore & Egypt! We had amazing food and discussion and I can't wait to try it again! Thanks Nico, you were a great chef & host
